Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Orders placed after 3:30 pm (EST) will not be processed until the following business day.

PO BOXES: If you use a PO BOX in the BILLING INFORMATION, please give us an actual STREET ADDRESS in the SHIPPING ADDRESS section of the ORDER FORM, unless you are located on a Military Base. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The website is not setup to process international orders. For orders outside of the United States please contact us at info@groffsfarmtoys.com for ordering and payment information. We can not accept International Credit Cards but we do accept PayPal.

SHIPPING METHOD: Orders are usually shipped using UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available upon request at additional cost. Please note this on your order. Shipping cost are shown for UPS Ground shipment in the Continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted. International orders may be shipped using UPS Worldwide Express or Postal Serivce Air Parcel Post.

NOTE: When placing an order, please review your order form before clicking the PLACE ORDER NOW button. Correct shipping addresses are a must! UPS charges $5.00 for every incorrect shipping address, whether it is a wrong street number or an omitted apartment or suite number. This extra charge is passed on by UPS to you.

RETURN POLICY: Any item may be returned (in its original condition) within 30 days from purchase date for a complete refund or partial exchange/partial refund. After 60 days, an even exchange or store credit will be offered. A copy of the original invoice must be presented at the time of return. Items will not be accepted as returns when tags are removed, boxes are damaged, or an item itself is damaged due to misuse/abuse. All shipping charges will be the responibility of the customer.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping and Handling charges are based on UPS shipping rates.
